Inclusive Classrooms
ARI Learning's Commitment to Inclusive Education.
At ARI Learning, our educational philosophy centers on inclusivity and support for every learner, recognizing the unique challenges and strengths of each student. Our classrooms are crafted to accommodate diverse learning needs, ensuring that students with learning, social, or linguistic challenges find a supportive environment conducive to growth.
Our inclusive approach is informed by both professional expertise in neurodiverse education and personal experiences of neurodivergence within our team. This dual perspective allows us to create adaptive teaching strategies that genuinely meet each student's needs.
We prioritize not just academic achievement but the holistic development of our students, aiming to cultivate self-esteem, confidence, and essential social skills. By fostering an environment where every student can understand their rights and advocate for themselves, we empower them to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
Empowerment begins with understanding one's value and rights.
At ARI Learning, we believe that empowerment stems from a deep understanding of one's own value and rights.
It is our priority to foster strong connections with our students by recognizing and affirming their individual worth. In line with this commitment, we have developed 12 neurodiverse rights that serve as guiding principles in our classrooms.
These rights ensure that every student feels respected, understood, and supported in their learning journey.
We have also curated a collection of articles on various topics related to ND teaching from on our blog aimed at promoting inclusive and effective teaching practices.
